At times, City staff may ask for e-mail addresses in order to enhance communications to the public. This information is solely used by the City to conduct its business and will not be sold, transferred, given or distributed to a third party, except as required under the Public Records Act or other applicable law. Providing this information is strictly voluntary. In the event of a conflict between this Privacy Statement and the Public Records Act or other law governing the City's disclosure of records, the Public Records Act or other applicable law will control.
A third party collects information on user traffic to our website. This information may include, but is not limited to, the date and time of your visit to our website, any site from which you may have been referred to our website, the type of computer browser you are using, the identity of your internet provider and the specific computer address (Internet Protocol or IP Address) assigned to your computer by your internet provider. This information is used by the City to track user activity, monitor trends, gauge server performance and improve our website. Keywords entered into our search engine are used to measure interest in specific topics but individual entries are not tracked.
The City may contract with a third party to provide e-commerce services in fulfilling its customer service mission. In using these services, user e-mail addresses and other personal information may be collected by the contractor. If you do not wish to have this information collected, please notify the vendor directly. The City does not assume responsibility for information collected by third party vendors.
City does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personally-identifiable information from a user under the age of thirteen, we will delete such information from our records. If we change our practices in the future, we will obtain prior, verifiable parental consent before collecting any personally-identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. The City does not knowingly allow children under the age of thirteen to publicly post or otherwise distribute personally-identifiable contact information.

The third-party uses cookies to determine which sites and ads provide the most efficient and effective avenues to get users to our site. The City does not provide nor does the third-party collect any Personally Identifiable Information in this process.
